SECTION 4 – HGA (Henderson Grime & Associates Ltd)
Our store is hosted with Henderson Grime & Associates Ltd. They provide Thomas Dainty Brogue Trader with this online e-commerce platform, which allows us to sell our products and services to you over the internet.
Your data is stored through HGA’s data storage, databases and the WordPress & WooCommerce applications. HGA store your data on a secured server behind an advanced firewall. Thomas Dainty Brogue Trader doesn’t offer a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, meaning we never store your credit card data. Instead, we opt to use PayPal, who encrypt your data through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PayPal’s payment gateways adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
